Website terms
The terms that apply when you browse stratsor.com or follow a link from it.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This is an information website, not an online shop. No order, payment or consumer contract is completed on stratsor.com. If you buy through a marketplace, the offer, checkout information and marketplace terms shown there apply.
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of stratsor.com. By continuing to use the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
The website is operated by Stratsor Ltd, a private limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC784694. Our registered office is 10 North Beach Road, Balmedie, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB23 8XG. You can contact us at stuart.ellison@stratsor.com.
Our privacy notice, cookie notice and accessibility statement also apply to your use of the site.
2. Products, sales and marketplaces
References to a product, release or intended market are general information and are not an offer that can be accepted on this website. Availability, specification, price, delivery, seller identity and applicable taxes must be checked on the relevant marketplace offer before ordering.
When a product is bought through an external marketplace:
- the marketplace checkout and order confirmation identify the contracting seller and the terms applying to the purchase;
- the marketplace may process payment, fulfilment, returns and customer-service information under its own terms; and
- any marketplace link may be changed or withdrawn if an offer is unavailable.
If Stratsor Ltd is identified as the seller, nothing in these website terms limits the consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Product-specific terms and statutory information will be supplied with the marketplace offer or order.
3. Website content and intellectual property
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but website content is general information. It may be changed without notice, and it should not be relied on as professional, technical, legal or financial advice.
Product images are intended to identify or illustrate the product described. Colours and apparent scale can vary by screen and image. The marketplace listing and product packaging should be checked for final details.
Unless stated otherwise, Stratsor Ltd owns or licenses the text, design, graphics and images on this website. You may view the site and print a reasonable copy for personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, alter, scrape, publish or commercially exploit a substantial part without prior written permission, except where the law permits it.
Links
You may link fairly to our public home page without suggesting an endorsement or association that does not exist. External links are supplied for convenience. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, overload the service, or collect information in a way that is unlawful or materially disrupts the site.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our legal rights.
5. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of it for maintenance, security or business reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratsor Ltd is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content, an external website outside our control, or a failure to keep your own devices and software secure.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer right.
6. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top will change, and the terms in force when you use the website will apply to that use.
These terms and non-contractual disputes concerning the website are governed by Scots law. The Scottish courts have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
Questions or reports about the website can be sent to stuart.ellison@stratsor.com.
