Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

Stratsor Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Accessibility is treated as part of the design and publishing process, not as an optional add-on.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where they apply to this site.

2. What should work

You should be able to:

• navigate all content and links with a keyboard;
• see a visible focus indicator and skip repeated navigation;
• zoom to at least 200% and reflow content at narrow widths without losing information;
• use headings, landmarks and descriptive links to understand the page structure;
• read text with sufficient colour contrast;
• understand product imagery from text alternatives; and
• reduce motion through your device preference.

The site uses standard browser features and does not require client-side JavaScript.

3. Standards and checks

The site has been designed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Before production launch, the release check includes semantic HTML validation, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, colour contrast, zoom and mobile reflow, image alternatives, broken-link testing and an automated accessibility scan.

Automated tools find only some accessibility problems, so manual keyboard and visual checks are also required. We will repeat proportionate checks when the design or content changes materially.

4. Known issues

No unresolved accessibility barrier is currently recorded for the pages controlled by Stratsor. This does not guarantee that every issue has been identified.

Links can lead to third-party marketplaces and public registers that Stratsor does not control. Their accessibility may differ. If an external service prevents you from obtaining product information from us, please email us and we will provide a reasonable alternative where we can.

5. Report a barrier or request an alternative

If you cannot access information, find a control difficult to use or need content in another reasonable format, email stuart.ellison@stratsor.com.

Please tell us the page or content involved, what went wrong, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable doing so. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.

This statement will be reviewed after a material website change and at least annually.
